Cranes КЭГ2013, КЭГ3212, КЭГ5014 are intended for installing on ocean-going ships of various purposes.

The cranes can be used for cargo handling operations in a port, when providing the ship own needs. The cranes are also used as main handling means on general cargo ships handling cargoes up to 5 t in mass.

The cranes feature high reliability and stepless speed control of all functional movements.

All cranes equipment is unitized.

The cranes service life is no less than 25 years.

At Customer`s request the Supplier can provide starting and adjusting works as well as after-sale servicing during the cranes whole life.

The cargo winch and the slewing mechanism are driven by high-torque hydraulic motors through planetary reduction gears. Disc brakes ─ short-circuited, hydraulically released.

Luffing is effected by hydraulic cylinder with pilot-controlled check valve.

Jib - welded enclosed box-girder section.

Pump unit, hydraulic and electric equipment are installed in the crane enclosed housing.

Open control post with waterproof panel is on the outside platform to the right of the crane housing.

Hydraulic system – working pressure up to 17.5 MPa.

The crane is also equipped with working oil cooling and heating systems.
