Crane of 20 t capacity

Deck-mounted, full-swing, jib hydraulic crane of 20 t capacity is the result of ship crane model КЭГ-12518 development based on manufacture and operation experience of more than 400 cranes.

The crane features stepless speed control of all functional movements. All crane equipment is unitized and assembled in fully enclosed housing.

At customer’s request, the crane can be controlled both from the cabin and the portable remote control board.

Being highly reliable the crane can be operated at sea force 2-3.

At customer’s request, the supplier provides starting and adjusting works, personnel training and after-sale servicing of the crane during its whole service life.

The crane service life is 26 years, not less.

Cargo hoisting mechanism – a cargo winch drum with built-in multiple-step reduction gear driven by axial hydraulic motors of constant capacity. Normally closed disk brakes at the planetary reduction gear inlet are hydraulically released.

Luffing mechanism – hydraulic cylinders with pilot-controlled check valves.

Slewing mechanism – planetary reduction gear driven by an axial hydraulic motor, disk brakes of hydraulically released type.

Jib – steelwork of box-girder section welded of sheets.

Cabin – enclosed, built-in, with electric light and electrically heated glasses. Access to the cabin – by interior ladders inside the housing.

Hydraulic system – working pressure up to 20 MPa; cooling and heating systems for working fluid; automatic system of crane warming-up and its holding in readiness for starting at low ambient temperatures up to 40 °C.

Power supply – power circuits 380 V, 50 Hz; lighting circuits 220 V, 50 Hz. Connection to ship`s mains is via a slip ring collector.

The crane can be controlled from the portable control board.
